Shipping & Returns

Processing Time: Orders are carefully packed and usually ship within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Rates:
- Puerto Rico: Shipping starts at $7.10 for the first pound, with small increases for heavier orders.
- Mainland U.S.: Shipping starts around $9.00 for the first pound, with gradual increases as weight goes up.
Delivery Estimates: Puerto Rico orders usually arrive in 2–3 business days. Mainland U.S. orders take 3–7 business days.
Delays & Tracking: We work hard to ship quickly, but once your package is with USPS, transit times and delivery are outside of our control. A tracking number will be provided so you can follow your order.

We want you to be happy with your order, so we handle each request with care. Because our products are limited and carefully packaged, all sales are generally considered final.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at riderev.lubricants@outlook.com. Include your order number and photos so we can assist quickly.
For approved returns, products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Customers cover return shipping. Using a tracked shipping service is recommended.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund for the product (shipping charges are not refundable). Refunds are applied to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
We review every situation carefully and reserve the right to determine the best solution, whether that’s a refund, replacement, or store credit.
